Okay I have a bladder infection, and Ive been given antibiotics (a course of 6 tablets over 3 days) for it from my doctor, but I was wondering what herbal remedies there are, that also might help?
I am drinking cranberry juice and reducing all sugar in my diet too, at the moment.

Any suggestions welcome,
thanks :)

The main problem with cranberry juice is that if the infection has progressed too far, it isn't strong enough even in acidity to work.

I'll swear by yogurt, if for no other reason than to keep your bladder from irritation, especially after cranberry juice. The botanicals in probiotic yogurt and the smooth, cool consistency will help to soothe and crowd out the bad botanicals if you eat a ton of it. I usually grab a couple large container of Greek yogurt from the brand with the Greek gods plastered on it, and down it in large quantities. Thus far this has worked for me.

I've heard garlic also is good for its antimicrobial properties. Might be worth a shot.
